There are two ways to submit a request for technical assistance to
the GM Upfitter Integration Group:
(1) by telephone by calling our toll-free number,

(2) by e-mail by submitting the completed form below.
Once a Case is received by the Upfitter Integration coordinator, it will be screened for export compliance issues. You may be asked to answer a few questions about the vehicle and the scope of the upfit if you are non-US based or your issue raises possible concerns about export compliance. You will receive a telephone call and/or e-mail from one of our Technical Liaison Engineers within 48 business hours of receipt of your request.
